My appointment was scheduled for today at 11:40 with Dr Whittenberg. I dealt with staff for 1.5 hours. Someone repeatedly claimed they sent me the Zoom email invite. Well I found out Neuro pain continued to email a different person named Jennifer Neilsen. I am Lori Nielsen. They insinuated and assumed I was the reason for the goof up. So they
Never looked for the error on their part. I sat on Zoom for 40 minutes. I am so frustrated. Staff claimed they told Dr Whittenberg I was waiting. I missed an noon appointment because I sat on hold so long. I must talk to Dr Whittenberg in order to get my medication. Thank you.
